Mutual Funds Transfer Agency Management or ‘Investor Services” handles the source of funds in terms of:

Subscriptions (Sale of Units)
- Entry Load (sales charge) or discount as set can be added or deducted accordingly.
- The units are allotted to the investors as per policies and at the current NAV.
Redemptions (Re-Purchase of Units)
- Complete or Partial redemption of units as per slabs & policies
- Cool off period reversal is available as an option

From the source of funds (Liability), the net units can be taken into the fund management (Asset Management) module for investment operations. The Asset Management module in turn gives the NAV at which the units are dealt.

In addition Investor Communication sub-module ensures timely and accurate reporting to investors as per regulatory norms.
