Agilis R&T is a solution that automates the entire “Registrar” and “Transfer Agent” operations. The solution offers new issuances of either Fixed price where the Face value and the premium charged over it is fixed or Book building issue where the Face value of the shares are fixed but the premium charged over it is decided later based on the certain parameters.
